Chapter 8: Supplementary Provisions

Article 41 (Regulations)

With Board approval, the Company may adopt regulations necessary to conduct its business.

Article 42 (Application of Commercial Act)

Matters not specified in these Articles of Incorporation shall be determined according to resolutions adopted by the Company's Board or general shareholders' meetings, depending on the matter, or according to relevant provisions of the Korean Commercial Act.

Article 43 (Supplementary Provisions on Exemption of Directors' Liability to the Company)

Article 29-2 of these Articles of Incorporation regarding exemption of directors' liability to the Company shall validly apply to the Company's directors during the enforcement of these Articles of Incorporation, notwithstanding deletion due to amendments after enforcement of these Articles of Incorporation.

Supplementary Provisions (March 25, 2025)

Article 1 (Effective Date)

These Articles of Incorporation shall be effective from March 25, 2025.
